Property prices in my neighbourhood are going crazy. Real estate listings, read obsessively by many, fuel the affective power of property through aggrandised descriptions that focus on physical and locational status rather than homely quality. The valorisations of size, materiality and location, and the purchase and exchange of money within established financial systems perpetuate colonial practices of occupation.

For my score I walked to local real estate listings and photographed them. Returning home, I sought out and inefficiently mapped the vibrant movement of native plants that continue to grow, persisting through timescales and reminding us we are on stolen land.
